Cancellation Before Shipment:
There will be a 10% cancellation charge on orders that have been processed. Orders are usually processed within 24 hr. of placement.

 
Exchanging:
Cubic-Zirconia-cz-platinum-jewelry.com will accept any item (except custom jewelry) for an exchange within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Simply return the item and we will exchange it with your new desired selection. If the purchase price of the original item is less than the new one, we will issue you a gift credit that may be used for future purchases. Shipping charges will be applied to new purchase. Sending Order Back for Return or Exchange

Store Credit:
Shipping charges will be deducted from all store credits given for return merchandise.

Items on layaway plan: 
can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the receipt of the order. Layaway items are subject to 15% restocking fee in case of the return or exchange.

Secure your jewelry inside the original box.

Make sure to include all original wrapping, packaging and literature in the box.
